The Leadership Place Training and Coaching experience has been an opportunity for personal growth and the growth of our team. The programs consist of:
1. Mastery in Health a 2-day Introduction to leading and managing in Health/Aged Care Master Class.
2. Core Program is for managers who seek knowledge and to learn new skills includes the Mastery in Health 2-day Master Class, and an additional Master Class developing leadership skills and applying to different situations. 2 full days of coaching hours are included in the Core Program.
3. Intermediate Program is for leaders who would like both Masterclass level training and in-depth coaching. The intermediate program consists of Mastery in Health 2-day Master Class, and an additional 2 Master Classes, tailored to the organisational needs. There are 7 full days of coaching hours included in the Intermediate Program.
4. Excellence Program is for leaders to further develop their potential and confidence to achieve results they never thought possible. This program includes a 2-day Introduction of Mastery in Health/Aged Care, and 3 Master Classes tailored to the organisation’s needs. There are 12 full days of Coaching | Mentoring included in this program.
